At Splash & Glide we offer 121/122 lessons for the following -
- Fear of water
- Increasing confidence
- Enhancing a specific technique
- Focusing on a certain skill
- Identifying a problem area that is preventing progression onto the next skill
- Plateaued and need the extra encouragement to refocus
- Practicing a skill/stroke with expert guidance
All of our teachers are fully qualified with Swim England/STA, the leading swim associations in the UK. We are all dbs checked, insured with over 20+ years experience between us!
